Our Troop holds an annual celebration at the conclusion of the school year, following our Memorial Day Flag Planting tradition, to celebrate the volunteers and families that have contributed time and energy to each activity, meeting and outing.
It also marks the launch of our Summer Program which is designed to keep Trailmen on the trail during the summer months. While we don’t conduct regular meetings in the summer, we schedule a few activities and outings designed for Hit the Trail advancement. We also include a few “family” events where everyone in the household is welcome to participate. There is no direct cost to the Troop for the summer program (with the exception of Summer Adventure) as any events with a fee will be handled directly by each family based on their participation. Attendance at summer events requires Troop registration and completion of required medical forms.
